Returns and Exchanges
Items must be in a resalable and unworn condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
Pre-existing Damages
Jewellers may not be responsible for damage that occurs during cleaning or repair of pieces with already fractured or chipped stones
Wear & Tear
Loss or damage due to normal wear and tear is usually not covered.
We are not required under Australian Consumer Law to provide a refund for change of mind.
Whilst the recipient does not like the present and you do, it is still considered a change of mind.
We as a business are only required to provide a refund when there is a major fault.
Faulty or Damaged Goods

Jewellers will usually replace or refund faulty or damaged items.

Customers should notify the jeweller promptly if an item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
